Life in the modern world

One of the greatest maladies facing the modern world is too much action. Action, more action, and still more action punctuate the modern life from the cradle to the grave. Are all this ceaseless activities productive or do they actually just numbs us to the harsh reality of life?

We need to balance movement and stillness. Nature never hurries; neither should we.

Do you listen to the voice of nature? Do you listen to yourself? Have you talked to yourself today?
